Easily Broken
Have you ever noticed how when you’re feeling down, the most depressing songs come on? I wanted to listen to some music on my myspace so I click on my profile and what comes up? “12 Steps To Nothing” by Vision of Disorder – a song about slitting your wrists and dying. Next song – “Alone Again (Naturally)” by Gilbert O’ Sullivan. Another song about how life beats people down. It’s my own fault. I let myself get hurt by trivial things which bothers me to no end, but alas, it’s a part of me. As sure as my eyes will always be blue, I will always be this sensitive person that cares too much. The sooner I relax and can convince my brain that there are plenty of fish in the sea, the happier my life will be.
Ice Ice Baby
Well, much to my delight, snow finally came to us for a day. It’s about time too. I’ve been waiting to play with my Subaru in the snow since December came around. That snow was crushed by vehicles throughout the night though and became ice in the morning and then slush during the day. Oh well. It was fun while it lasted. At least we didn’t end up like Portland.
